What I liked
I liked the fact that it was a really unique internship that is unlike others: it was a remote internship, so I got to work wherever I wanted. I also learned a lot of skills and was exposed to a lot of new tools.
What I wish was different
I think the one drawback was that I didn't get to meet or talk to the other interns as much. Usually a internship is a place to network and meet new people, and I think because this was a remote job, I didn't get that chance.
Advice
It's very hard to get distracted in a remote job, but it's important to set up an environment where you can work effectively. It's different from an onsite job, because the environment is already set up to be a workplace, but for a remote job, it's crucial to find do put the effort to set up the environment for work.
