The coworkers were nice and it was nice to hear about all the different passengers.
What I wish was different
1) They didn't work with you school schedule which was inconvenient and lead to fewer hours.
2) The onboarding process was inconsistent many people were trained in different ways.
3) The supervisors were unapproachable so you never got feedback.
4) Supervisors had their favorites and showed it regularly.
On overall unenjoyable work environment that was stressful and somewhat depressing.

Coworkers and supervisors are good. Flexible scheduling. Decent hours.
What I wish was different
Sometimes it takes too long to fix gate problems but this doesnt necessarily make my job more difficult.
Advice
Job is very straight forward.

As long as you have FWS, this is an ideal job. They work well with school schedules, last minute conflicts, and time off.
