Go for it! An internship is a great experience to meet people and learn about what they do. It doesn’t have to be your major either!

What I liked

Excellent people running the program, everyone in HR was very helpful when it came to explaining what every part of the company did. I was lucky enough to have one of the most helpful managers and had the opportunity to learn so much about the industry and even travel throughout NYC to meet clients.

Actuarial Intern

What I liked

Immediately felt as though I was part of the team. Worked on a wide variety of projects that are essential to the actuarial operations. The numerous opportunities to connect and engage in discussion with industry practice leaders, product leaders and senior management was amazing.

What I wish was different

The chance to experience the office culture more than through Zoom calls. The Covid-19 pandemic meant all interns and many Risk Strategies employees had to work remotely.
