Every team member, management included, are there and want to help. If anything was needed or I ever had any questions, numerous people were available and willing to help. Working with helpful and friendly people everyday can and did increase my overall enjoyment of the experience.
What I wish was different
Early on in the process, more could have been communicated in terms of what was going to be expected during the time I was working for them. As time passed, more information was shared but I wished it would have been expressed up front in more detail.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask. Whether that be a question or for help, someone will help you find what you need.
