As a Junior Originator, you’ll step into the high-velocity world of private lending at one of the most active lenders in the country. From day one, you’ll receive full training, mentorship, and support to help you develop your pipeline, close deals, and master the ins and outs of real estate finance.

Responsibilities
- Source and close financing opportunities with real estate investors across the U.S.
- Recommend tailored loan products that match investment strategies (Fix & Flip, Bridge, Rental, etc.)
- Collaborate with underwriting to structure deals and drive them through closing
- Build and manage a strong deal pipeline through warm leads and outbound outreach
- Stay sharp on real estate markets, investment trends, and lending strategies
Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or similar field — or early career experience in sales
- Competitive mindset and high tolerance for pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated self-starter who thrives in a remote, performance-driven environment
- Passion or interest in real estate investing or private credit is a plus
