We are currently seeking a motivated and creative Part-Time Marketing and Advertising Assistant to join our dynamic team and help promote our firm.

Job Summary: The Part-Time Marketing and Advertising Assistant will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence and engaging with our audience across various platforms. This position is responsible for social media management, website content updates, advertising initiatives, and overall promotional efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and curate engaging content for our social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), including creating posts, graphics, and videos that align with the firm’s brand voice.
  • Assist with website management by updating content, optimizing for SEO, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Support the development and execution of advertising campaigns across various mediums, including print, digital, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and content for newsletters, blogs, and other communication channels.
  • Analyze social media and website performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and workshops to engage current and potential clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and social media management platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, website analytics (Google Analytics), and email marketing software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible part-time hours, approximately 10-15 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours based on project needs.
