JASE is a vibrant and inclusive indoor sensory center located in Boynton Beach, FL. We are dedicated to supporting children with autism and sensory processing needs through purposeful play, structure, and creativity in a safe, welcoming environment.

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Summer Camp Counselors to join our team. You’ll play a key role in guiding campers (ages 4–12) through fun, sensory-friendly experiences that promote social, emotional, and developmental growth.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support campers through structured sensory activities, play stations, games, and crafts

Assist with transitions, emotional regulation, and behavior support

Foster a safe, inclusive environment where all children can thrive

Communicate with fellow staff and caregivers clearly and respectfully

Follow camp routines and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere

Qualifications:

Experience working with children (especially neurodivergent children) preferred

Enrolled in or recent graduate from programs in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related fields

Energetic, reliable, and patient with a passion for helping children

Must pass a background check

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to camp)
