We’re looking for on-call event staff to support our client, The WB Collective — a coworking and event venue in New Orleans. Event staff will assist with pre-event setup, on-site cleaning and support during events, and post-event breakdown. This is a great position for students or professionals who enjoy a flexible schedule, physical work, and being part of an upbeat environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up tables, chairs, equipment, and materials for events

Light cleaning before, during, and after events (trash, spills, restrooms)

Provide friendly, courteous support to guests and staff

Assist with closing down the space post-event

Follow checklists and report completion of tasks

Ideal Candidates:

Energetic and dependable

Enjoy working behind the scenes at events

Have reliable transportation and availability on evenings/weekends

Can communicate well and take initiative

What We Offer:

Competitive pay ($20–$25/hr depending on experience and role)

Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs

Must be professional and punctual

Janitorial or event experience preferred (but not required)
