Our RBT Training Program offers three flexible pathways: complete training with competency assessment, 40 Hour training only, or just the competency test for those who've already completed coursework. Choose the option that fits your needs and get certified at your pace with our expert guidance!


 

Note: this is a training program for people wanting to get into the field of ABA. You are paying for professional training and certification that is in accordance with standards of the BACB and meets the 2026 training eligibility requirement for RBT certification. This training is offered independent of the BACB.


 

RBT jobs may be available after completion of training, but employment is not guaranteed.

Pathway 1: FULL TRAINING + COMPETENCY ASSESSMENT

Get everything you need to become an RBT, including the 40-hour training and the required competency test with a BCBA.

Duration: 4-6 weeks

Includes shadowing, practice tests, 40 Hour Certificate, and competency test completed with BCBA


 

Pathway 2: 40 HOUR TRAINING ONLY

Ideal if you only need the training component.

Duration: 4-6 weeks

Includes shadowing, post-training test, and 40 Hour Certificate

 

Pathway 3: COMPETENCY TEST ONLY

Perfect if you have already completed your training and just need the assessment.

Duration: 2 weeks

Includes knowledge review, client shadowing, and BCBA-led competency assessment
