The Fudge Pot is changing ownership, and Nadon Family Home is looking for highly motivated people to join our team and work alongside individuals who experience disabilities. We provide on-the-job training and the opportunity to advance in the company. Experience in a commercial kitchen or working with people who experience disabilities is not necessary, but a positive, compassionate, learning attitude is.

Open positions include:

  • Kitchen help/Barista
  • Managers
  • Assistant Managers
  • Direct Service Profesional

Aplicants must be 18 years or older and able to pass a fingerprint background check.

The Fudge Pot is operated by Nadon Family Home, whose primary business is providing support services for individuals who experience disabilities. The Fudge Pot provides an inclusive work environment for many NFH clients. All staff, regardless of roles, will assist these wonderful individuals. NFH is a dynamic company with room for employees to move and advance in positions.
