Warehouse Operations Coordinator

Position Description

1. Coordinate Warehouse Production Planning: Monitor productivity performance and attendance across all operational stages.
2. Data Monitoring: Track delays in process stages and monitor productivity data throughout operations.
3. Monitor Key Performance Metrics: Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and drive enhancements.
4. Lead and Manage Warehouse Teams: Streamline processes, enhance systems, and optimize planning to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and elevate service quality.

Job Requirements

1. Experience in logistics and warehouse operations: Proven experience managing and optimizing warehouse processes.
2. Data sensitivity and proficiency: Strong ability to handle and analyze data, with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with office software.
3. Data analysis skills: Capable of identifying operational issues through data and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
4. Excellent communication and learning abilities: Strong interpersonal skills and a quick learner, able to collaborate effectively and adapt to new challenges.
5. Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
