People and Operations Associate

Your Role

You’ll be front and center in helping us attract and maintain top talent, build strong team culture, and keep our office running smoothly. Your role will include the following:

  • Represent the company at career fairs and recruiting events
  • Manage candidate pipelines and communication, ensuring a wonderful candidate experience
  • Liaise with external partners and manage relationships
  • Own onboarding and offboarding workflows
  • Maintain accurate HR records and support compliance needs
  • Collaborate on people-focused policies and initiatives
  • Assist with benefits administration and policy updates
  • Help manage social media accounts and outreach
  • Address day-to-day needs of our office, including handling supplies, vendors, snacks, and logistics
  • Plan team socials and special events

The following are a plus:

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Software to manage candidate pipelines
  • Experience with outreach and sourcing through LinkedIn and other channels
