What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Sr Analyst - Analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, detailed knowledge of datasets like LAAD, DDD, and XPO, and a passion for working on complex data sets. You will play a critical role in helping clients solve real-world problems, drive business performance, navigate risks, and develop pragmatic, data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage Technologies and Best Practices
- Focus on leveraging emerging technologies and best business practices to address challenges in the healthcare/pharma industry.
- Data Structuring and Analysis
- Work with clients to structure and model data to solve complex business problems.
- Design and implement statistical models, BI tools, and analytical solutions to support strategic decision-making.
- Healthcare Analytics Tools
- Apply expertise in designing advanced healthcare analytics tools using Tableau, SAS, R, Alteryx, etc., to improve patient outcomes while managing costs.
- Operationalize Processes
- Develop an in-depth understanding of data and processes, creating structure around recurring tasks and operationalizing them.
- Client Collaboration and Tailored Solutions
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions that create impactful outcomes.
- Mentorship and Innovation
- Contribute to innovative solutions and team development.
- Internal Offerings Development
- Contribute to internal growth by ideating and building new offerings beyond client/project work.
Must Have:
- 1.5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare/pharma consulting.
- Experience with persistency and compliance analysis using claims data.
- Expertise in patient, provider, and payer-level analytics using claims data.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering with a strong academic record.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with a quality-focused approach.
- Strong verbal, written, and collaboration skills to articulate insights to internal and client teams.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment with minimal direction.
