Job Summary
Spring-Green Enterprises is looking for a motivated and organized student eager to gain valuable franchise experience and join our fast-paced marketing and sales team for the summer. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing execution, lead generation, sales outreach, web management and administrative support. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining experience in both marketing and franchise sales.
Job Description
The marketing intern will support franchise lead development and marketing initiatives for SpringGreen and Pet Butler. Reporting to the marketing account manager, this role involves sales outreach, lead qualification, marketing support, and administrative tasks related to franchise development. Candidates should be comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and have strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Development
- Provide outreach to schedule introductory meetings with potential franchise candidates.
- Engage with key industry contacts, including brokers, business owners, and potential franchisees.
- Support franchise development efforts by maintaining and organizing lead data in the CRM system.
Marketing & Administrative Support
- Assist in the execution of marketing efforts focused on franchise brokers, lead generation, and industry outreach.
- Support social media efforts, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including outreach and follow-ups.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
- Assist in content creation for marketing initiatives as needed.
Education, Experience, and Skills
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college pursuing a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable with cold calling and professional outreach.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
- Strong writing skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Experience with Canva is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with AI tools for research and efficiency is a plus.
