Job Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for assisting with the Attendance, Benefits and Payroll functions, as well as the Employee Morale Enhancement Program.
Job Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to
- Assist the Attendance & Payroll team to process daily attendance administration and coordinate with departments for timesheet adjustment
- Paid Time Off entitlement preparation for new hires and terminated employees for payroll processing
- Assist the Benefits team with processing benefits enrollment, termination, changes and preparing benefits orientation package
- Assist the department with office administration
- Participate in special projects and/or other duties as assignments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, or other related majors; Master’s degree preferred
- 0-2 years of HR related experience with strong interest and passion in HR as a career required
- Be capable of multi-tasking and working in fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and writing is a must, bilingual ability in Mandarin is highly preferred
Pay:
$18/hr
