About
We are seeking an on-site Project Analyst and Interviewer in NYC on our Consumer and Business-to-Business Market Research projects. We conduct Market Research projects such as Consumer Opinion Phone Interviews, Consumer Qualitative Focus Groups, Consumer Surveys, and other Customer Research studies.

Responsibilities
- Schedule consumers to participate in phone research interviews and surveys
- Program screeners and questionnaires in Qualtrics
- Screen respondents by phone and electronically
- Create and manage spreadsheets in Excel
- Determine whether respondents qualify for studies based on questionnaires and quotas
- Provide frequent project updates and deliverables to clients
- Interact with consumers frequently
- Contacting consumers by phone, social media and electronically to participate in research studies
- Manage several projects simultaneously
- Moderate interviews on Zoom
Skills and Requirements
- On-site position, located in Manhattan, New York City.
- Undergraduate degree required. Degrees in Business, Marketing, English, Journalism, Economics or Communications preferred.
- 3+ years experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights, UX or Management Consulting preferred
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Hard-working, flexible, and detail oriented
- Ability to communicate with many different communication styles (e.g. direct, indirect, different approaches, cultures, etc.)
- Passion for Survey Market Research and Qualitative Consumer Research.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, as well as a global business environment with ambiguity, uncertainty and complexity (VUCA)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team on multiple projects meeting quick turnaround deadlines.
