Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Financial Services Representative to join our team. This role focuses on driving investor engagement, growing our investment funds, and ensuring alignment with our mission to support disruptive technologies in blockchain and AI. You will play a pivotal role in investor relations, portfolio management, and market strategy, while collaborating with founders and stakeholders to drive impactful investment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Relations & Business Development:

• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Communicate investment theses, strategies, and fund performance effectively.
• Address investor inquiries, provide insights, and build trust with the community.

Fund Strategy & Management:

• Develop and implement investment strategies to meet performance objectives.
• Monitor and manage portfolios to align with fund goals and market trends.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and present to stakeholders.

Market Research & Risk Management:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify new investment opportunities.
• Evaluate and mitigate risks, ensuring diversification and compliance.

Syndicate Leadership:

• Lead and manage investment syndicates, coordinating investor collaboration.
• Build and launch funds tailored to emerging market opportunities.

Deal Flow & Community Engagement:

• Manage deal flow processes, liaising with startup founders.
• Engage with online communities to share investment opportunities and insights.

Requirements

Experience:

• 1–2 years in finance, business development, or investor relations (internship experience at top financial firms like Vanguard, Fidelity, or BlackRock is a plus).
• Proven sales experience, including the ability to articulate new technologies’ value propositions.
• Experience scaling online communities is a strong advantage.

Skills:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business development and relationship management capabilities.
• Leadership and teamwork abilities with a proactive mindset.

Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of financial markets, investment principles, and emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Series 6, 7, 63, or CAIA certifications are highly desirable.

Compensation

• Commission-based for the first three months with potential for growth based on performance.
