Regional Account Manager

Job Description: Regional Account Manager – Keywise Black Car Service

Position Overview
Keywise Black Car Service is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Account Manager to oversee operations, client relations, and marketing initiatives within their assigned region. This role is critical in managing relationships with corporate clients, coordinating with affiliate owner-operators, and driving new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations, account management, and regional marketing, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and growing the business within their region.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients in the region, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee and coordinate with affiliate owner-operators to maintain service quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage day-to-day transportation logistics, including scheduling and resolving any service-related issues.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their specific transportation needs.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Handle contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring client retention and long-term partnerships.

Affiliate Management:

  • Onboard and manage affiliate owner-operators within the region, ensuring alignment with Keywise’s standards and values.
  • Provide ongoing support to affiliates, including training and performance monitoring.
  • Address any affiliate concerns and act as a liaison between affiliates and Keywise leadership.

Regional Marketing and Business Development:

  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to attract new corporate clients and expand Keywise’s footprint.
  • Identify potential clients and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute regional campaigns, promotions, and events.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Track and analyze regional performance metrics, including client retention, revenue growth, and service quality.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on regional operations, client satisfaction, and marketing outcomes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in operations and business development.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, operations, or regional business development, preferably in the transportation or service industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with corporate clients and affiliate partners.
  • Proven track record in marketing and business development, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot), project management tools (e.g., Asana), and marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
