Position: Outreach Marketing and Sales Team Member (Brand Development for Tacoson Food Truck)

Role Overview
Tacoson is building a dedicated Outreach Marketing and Sales Team to drive brand expansion, increase customer engagement, and boost sales for our popular food truck in Iceland. This team will lead efforts to make Tacoson a household name by developing a powerful outreach strategy, cultivating new customer relationships, and positioning Tacoson as a go-to destination for authentic, high-quality food. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly motivated, strategic, and passionate about brand development, marketing, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outreach Marketing and Brand Promotion:
• Develop and execute outreach campaigns that increase Tacoson’s visibility across Iceland and attract a loyal customer base.
• Collaborate with the Social Media and Marketing team to create content, social media posts, and promotional materials that showcase Tacoson’s unique offerings.
• Engage with local influencers, food bloggers, and community groups to build relationships that amplify brand awareness.
2. Sales and Lead Generation:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, reaching out to potential customers through digital channels, email, and community groups.
• Conduct proactive outreach to promote Tacoson’s events, food specials, and location updates, converting interest into sales.
• Support sales goals by developing strategies to increase orders, catering inquiries, and repeat customer engagement.
3. Strategic Partnerships and Community Engagement:
• Establish and nurture partnerships with local businesses, events, and organizations to enhance Tacoson’s visibility in the community.
• Plan and execute promotional events, giveaways, and community initiatives that drive customer engagement and brand loyalty.
• Work closely with the Iceland-based team to coordinate brand-building activities and maintain a consistent presence across digital and local channels.
4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
• Track the effectiveness of outreach and sales campaigns, measuring metrics such as engagement, customer inquiries, and conversions.
• Generate weekly reports for the executive team, providing insights on campaign performance and recommendations for optimization.
• Continuously refine outreach strategies based on performance data, adjusting campaigns to maximize impact.
Requirements
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to outreach, with experience in digital marketing, sales, or brand development.
• Ability to develop engaging content and communicate Tacoson’s brand value to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, outreach tools, and data tracking; familiarity with Icelandic culture and customer preferences is a plus.
• High organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate with a remote team and manage multiple initiatives.
