JOB SUMMARY:

As a Brand Ambassador for Ellemint Swim, you will represent our brand and promote our stylish swim safety products. You will join our team by purchasing a refundable life vest set, which will serve as your demo kit. As an ambassador, you will leverage your network and social media presence to generate sales, earning a commission on every sale you make. Your passion for water safety and fashion, along with your entrepreneurial spirit, will drive your success in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales and Promotion:

• Actively promote Ellemint Swim products through personal networks, social media platforms, and community events.
• Conduct product demonstrations and showcase the features and benefits of our life vest sets.
• Host events (both in-person and virtual) to introduce potential customers to Ellemint Swim products.
• Provide personalized recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.

Customer Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering exceptional service and follow-up.
• Educate customers on the importance of swim safety and how Ellemint Swim products enhance their safety and style.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.

Business Development:

• Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Utilize digital tools and social media to expand your reach and drive sales.
• Participate in local events, expos, and fairs to promote our brand and products.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Ellemint Swim team to stay updated on new products, promotions, and company initiatives.
• Share feedback and insights with the team to help improve products and customer experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the fashion, swimwear, or safety product industries is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and social media for sales and marketing.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional certifications or training in sales, marketing, or water safety are advantageous.
