Junior Accountant / Project Accountant :  We are looking to add a junior accountant to our team.  We are a commercial construction company located in Mountain View, Ca.  This position is part time with opportunities to grow into a full-time position and offers a flexible schedule.  Please find a sample of job responsibilities below.  

  • Assists in creating project invoices
  • Assists with accountant reconciliation 
  • Assists in creating and distributing project cost reports to the Project Management Team
  • Enters and maintains budget information in accounting software
  • Enters AP invoices
