Logistics Coordinator - Full Time Position
Job Description:
As the Logistics Coordinator for NA Fisheries, you will be at the heart of our operations, overseeing our 3,000 pallet-capacity cold storage, warehouse inventory, and coordinating shipments nationally and worldwide. Your leadership will harmonize the entirety of our team’s activities, enabling everyone to perform at their best and leaving our vendors and customers with the highest satisfaction. Considering the importance of this position and its ripple effect on our operations, NA Fisheries needs a highly detail-oriented, well-organized, problem-solving individual capable of balancing multiple responsibilities at once, and who wants to be part of a fun, hardworking, goal-oriented team.

Requirements:
- STEM degree or 2+ years of logistics/reefer truck brokerage experience
- Skilled at problem-solving and mathematics
- Highly organized, precise, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable multitasking and managing several projects at once
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and comfortable making phone calls
- Proficient with Google Suite (Google Sheets/Docs), Excel
- Passion for domestic/international logistics and inventory/warehouse management
Responsibilities:
- Book containers, drayage, and trucks for domestic and international shipments
- Manage company and customer inventory
- Coordinate cold storage inbound/outbound appointment schedules
- Request and negotiate shipping/storage rates
- Generate custom and shipment documents
- Communicate shipment statuses with the sales and purchasing team
Compensation:
- Fixed salary (20 - 29 $/hr | $41,600 - $60,320 annually)
