VAW Global is seeking Ambassadors and Team Development Coordinators for a paid, part-time telecommute position. Perfect for recent graduates, gap year students, or anyone eager to make a difference in healthcare access worldwide.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Recruit and develop new VAW Global Outreach chapters at universities
  • Engage with students and faculty to promote our mission
  • Manage email recruitment efforts and applications
  • Participate in weekly & biweekly team meetings and training sessions

 

Seasonal Opportunities:
We offer two recruitment seasons, giving you flexibility in your commitment:

  1. Winter/Spring Phase:
    • Applications Open: September
    • Team Leader Application Deadline: End of December
  2. Summer Phase:
    • Applications Open: January
    • Team Leader Application Deadline: Early June

You can choose to participate in one recruitment season or multiple, based on your availability and goals.
 

What We're Looking For:

  • Self-starters comfortable in leadership roles
  • Excellent communicators with strong writing skills
  • Tech-savvy individuals familiar with email, social media, and productivity tools
  • Goal-oriented professionals with great organizational skills

 

Time Commitment: 10-20 hours per week during recruitment seasons
Compensation: Commission-based (details discussed at interview)
