Female Summer Camp Counselor

Counselors make up the vast majority of our summer staff. The position involves direct care and supervision of 3 to 4 campers per session. No prior experience necessary, but is preferred. There will be intensive week-long training prior to summer. Counselors work directly with campers to provide guidance and assistance in all phases of camp programs and daily living activities. During camp sessions, the job requires that you live in cabins with campers. Involves physically lifting and transferring campers. Counselors get a private room to keep personal belongings and as a place to stay on the weekends and time off.
