  • Audience Analysis: Conduct research to understand our target audience’s demographics, psychographics, and preferences. Use this information to tailor content and messaging effectively.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and content. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and communications, to ensure cohesive execution of digital strategies.
  • Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing best practices and industry trends.
  • Brand Monitoring: Monitor online conversations and mentions related to our brand and mental health topics. Respond appropriately to comments and inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program in journalism, media studies, communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt writing styles for different digital platforms and target audiences.
  • Genuine interest in mental health advocacy and a basic understanding of mental health issues, terminology, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Understanding of user personas, online behavior, and digital marketing strategies for targeting and engaging specific audiences.
  • Proficiency with content management systems, social media management tools, analytics platforms, and SEO best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
