Highly Recommended: A cover letter and resume that have been reviewed by your local career center and a recommendation letter that are specific to this job posting goes a long way.

Compensation: Junior Business Partner and 7.5% of the gross profits directly from the discount codes that you provide in the direct marketing you send to customers. Gross profits are gross revenue (all monies coming in) less the cost of goods sold (which is the sum of printing, manufacturing, and similar overall creating the products; shipping; and all taxes and fees associated with the sales of the goods), less returns, and less withholdings for returns until the return period is over.

Education clients have a quick turnaround from publishing to payment to everyone from sales. Individual clients have a long turnaround time but are essential to the business. There will be a variety of periods between your work, the publication and sales of the books, and payments of the royalties to everyone who will earn royalties from the work. As such, and especially since we are an up-and-coming publishing company, don’t quit your day job.
