Account Specialist
Insightechs-Int Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic account specialist to join our dynamic team. As an account specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting our products and services to potential customers.
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and tenacious individual to join our highly ambitious company. Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided. The successful candidate will be part of a growing team, with clear long term career progression leading to AI technology sales earning lucrative income.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients via telephone to introduce our products and services.
- Deliver scripted sales pitches to persuade customers to make a purchase.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.
- Answer customer questions and address any concerns or complaints.
- Record customer details, interactions, and transactions in the company database.
- Achieve sales goals and targets set by the company.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
- Select suitable providers and manage end-to-end client accounts
- Support the departments in various administrative duties as and when required
Requirements
- Previous sales experience (preferable)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable making outbound calls
