Position Overview:

Are you studying human resources marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition? Join us as a Recruitment Intern/Volunteer and take the lead in building a talented and diverse workforce that shares our commitment to excellence and innovation. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of education while honing your skills in recruitment, marketing, and human resources.

It starts out as an intern/volunteer/mentor position while you’re finishing your degree, that can move into a part-time or full-time position after you graduate. The most important thing to us is that you get your degree and focus on your current studies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our team to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies and campaigns that attract top talent to various positions within our organization.
• Utilize your knowledge of human resources marketing techniques to craft compelling job descriptions, advertisements, and social media posts that resonate with our target audience.
• Actively source candidates through online platforms, university networks, industry events, and other channels, ensuring a diverse pool of applicants for each role.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with our organization.
• Assist in coordinating interview schedules, communicating with candidates, and managing the hiring process from start to finish.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience for all team members.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of human resources marketing principles and strategies for attracting and engaging candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and build positive relationships.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about education and making a difference in the lives of children.
