Recreational Program Director
- Spearhead, develop, and implement all Tiger Programming (including, but not limited to, recreational, preschool, ninja, camps, field trips, birthday parties, and clinics) and all tasks associated with Tiger programs.
- Staff all classes and departments related to Tiger classes
- Hire, train, and manage all Tiger Instructors
- Maintain cleanliness and longevity of gym equipment, gym itself, preschool area, and upstairs
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with Tiger families and staff
- Work in tandem with Front office, Director of Operations, and Owner
- Track skills of gymnasts
