Job Summary

This cohort will start March 11th, 2024. RN license will be required 1 week prior to the start. If you are selected for a phone screen, you will be notified by Saturday, February 10th. Phone screens will occur Monday, February 12th - Wednesday, February 14th. If selected to go forward for an interview, this will be on Tuesday, February 20th from 2pm to 5pm. 

The Graduate Nurse position is responsible to work in partnership with a clinical nurse II - IV for the delivery of family-centered patient care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, based on established clinical nursing practice standards. Collaborates with patient/family and other professional disciplines. Creates a partnership to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery for the achievement of mutually desired patient outcomes. Supports the organization's vision and mission. Promotes and provides excellence in nursing care.

 

Pay Range

Minimum $34.43 Midpoint $45.62 Maximum $56.80

Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Experience

• Required: Newly graduated from an accredited school of Registered Nursing.

Education

• Required: Graduation from an accredited school of Registered Nursing; Associate degree in Nursing (ADN).

• Preferred: Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN).

Training

• Required: None required.

Licensure

• Required: Registered Nurse -CA (RN); Basic Life Support (BLS).
