TimkenSteel Internship Program

Internship Assignment: Full-Time - Summer 2024

  • Work with the current IT applications team to support freestanding projects and TimkenSteel's IT Transformation efforts across the business
  • Perform mass data loads into SAP S4HANA, interface testing between systems, application scenario testing for functionality, and data analysis
  • Opportunity to help improve and audit processes
  • Troubleshoot user issues and use problem solving skills to find potential remedies

 

Internship Qualifications

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of the spring 2024 semester
  • Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university
  • Preferred majors: Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or related
  • Basic understanding of IT interfaces and database structure
  • Software: MS Excel, MS SQL Server Management Studio, and/or SAP knowledge preferred
  • Languages: SQL preferred
