Marketing and Sales Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare relocation solutions based on customer needs and assist in consulting services on a one-on-one basis.
  • Assist and participate in online promotion activities, increasing brand recognition.
  • Maintain CRM system for company records and direct marketing.

 

Qualifications:

  • Current student available for 16-20 hours/week.
  • Excellent commutation skills, team player.
  • Self-motivated, problem-solving attitude.
  • Quick learner, and ability to deal with multitasks.

 

Supervisor: Market Manager

 

Training Details: Marketing and Sales Interns will participate in a two-week training program, covering the characteristics of different listings, rental application requirements and buyer qualifications, and digital marketing and promotion tools. You will complete the training program and pass two tests within two weeks. Also, the Market Manager and Director of HR in Training hold one-on-one and group training to improve the interns with customer service, communication, marketing skills, etc.

 

Goals and Assessments: Marketing and Sales Interns are expected to assist the Market Team in attracting more clients or closing more deals during the internship. You will be evaluated by direct supervisors on your contribution to the team, such as the number of listings collected, and the number of clients brought by the promotion plans.
