Data Analyst Intern
We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern to help us analyze website data using Google Analytics, BigQuery, and build a dashboard to provide insights to our business. As our Data Analyst Intern, you will work closely with our data team leader to extract and analyze data, provide insights and recommendations, and contribute to data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze and interpret website data using Google Analytics and BigQuery
- Design and build dashboards using data visualization tools to provide insights to our business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations
- Develop and maintain data quality standards, data models, and reporting processes
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business
- Continuously learn and adopt new analytical techniques and tools to improve data analysis and reporting efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science)
- Relevant experience in data analytics, preferably in website data analysis using Google Analytics and BigQuery
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business questions into data queries and analysis
- Good communication and collaboration skills in Mandarin and English
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks, as well as work effectively in a team
