About the Position

The Project Associate provides support to a portfolio of rule of law and anti-corruption contracts and proposals in Dexis’ Governance Division.
 

Responsibilities

  • Provides support to projects as part of the home office project management unit. Supports administration and operations, accounting, reporting, and staff management of country program teams.
  • Compiles and reviews documentation for audits.
  • Drafts and finalizes project quarterly, annual, and close-out reports for internal and external use.
  • Manages external consultants for various project assignments including reviewing scopes of work, expense reports, and deliverables.
  • Recruits, screens, interviews, and onboards project staff and consultants.
  • Maintains filing system for project administrative, financial, and technical documents in Dexis’ knowledge management systems.
  • Supports development of new project opportunities including: writing sections of proposals, recruiting personnel for proposals, and contributing to budget development, among other roles.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

 
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, international relations, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, excellent writing, and editing skills.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Products.
  • Strong ability to multi-task, show attention to detail, and work independently.
  • Fluent English speaker and professional proficiency in Spanish.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time, often to countries that are undergoing transition.
