Position Overview
The Associate, Development Operations & Research position provides administrative support to the Development Operations and Research team.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Gift entry and donor data-related clerical activities
- Daily gift entry and donor data updates
- Integrate data from third party platforms (primarily donations) into Salesforce
- Assist with management of donor acknowledgements and dedicated inbox
- Provide general data entry support to Development staff
- Assist Research with biographical data entry needs
Convert data in Salesforce into useful information for the Advancement team
- Manage Salesforce data audits and clean-up
- Create reports and dashboards to provide at a glance summaries
- Create ad hoc reports to answer specific questions
- Analyze Salesforce and financial data to help better meet RH’s business needs

The Associate, Development Operations & Research will report into the Senior Manager, Development Operations.
