Indianapolis Regional Coordinator
Enriched is seeking a motivated, organized and high-integrity self-starter to build upon our foundation of impact across Indianapolis. This work will focus on:
- School partner support: deliver consistent on the ground support to school partners, including GE observations, PD initiatives and effective meetings with leadership to discuss how to improve and collaborate to best serve students; follow through with action, innovation and execution on those meetings and observations to ensure partners are satisfied and all regional operations are running smoothly
- GE talent recruitment and retention: find and attract talented local leaders from a wide range of backgrounds who are interested in working with students as a Guest Educator, establish new talent pipelines and build relationships with local colleges and community organizations to expand recruitment efforts; initiate and manage efforts to keep current GEs supported and developed
- Community building: run fun and creative local events for current and prospective GEs to build investment, engagement and relationships among the community; increase Enriched presence in the broader Indy community through partnerships, service and support of local initiatives, events and organizations
Traits and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 2 years of teaching experience
- Robust network in the Indianapolis education landscape, ideally within the charter school community
- Demonstrated success solving problems in creative ways
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
