As a Summer Associate based in Irvine, you will contribute towards key projects that support our Information Technology vision. You will learn how information technology elevates our ability to provide the best investment platforms for our customers, the fundamentals of the investment management process and how the Capital System has sustained superior results over time. In addition, as part of our Information Technology Group Summer Associate program, you will be eligible for placement into our Information Technology Group Rotational Program after graduation.
What you may do:
- Research and develop a business solution while working with our emerging technology team
- Further enhance our security capabilities while partnering with a technology team in the IT organization
- Collaborate with project and business managers to develop tools/processes for IT project portfolio management
Who we're looking for:
- You are currently a junior pursuing a technically focused Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Decision or Info Analytics, Data Science or equivalent
- You have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
- You have a real passion for Technology
- You have demonstrated leadership in extra-curricular activities
- You express ideas effectively and interact professionally with others
- You are a continuous learner, with a hunger for knowledge
- You are highly collaborative
