What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Implement individualized behavior treatment plans under the supervision of a Certified ABA Specialist
- Build positive relationships with children and their families
- Track patient progress and document behavioral data
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
We're Looking For
- Individuals who enjoy working with children
- Experience as a babysitter, nanny, tutor, camp counselor, daycare worker, paraprofessional, or similar role is a plus
- Reliable availability for at least three evenings per week (4:00–7:00 PM)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred (not required)
- BCBA certification required
- Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder through education or experience
- Coursework or degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Special Education, or a related field is a plus
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $18.04–$27.07/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
