Receptionist
PRO DANCE Studios is looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates clearly, and can help create a welcoming and professional environment for our students, clients, and visitors.
The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phone calls, responding to leads and inquiries, assisting with scheduling, supporting daily studio operations, and helping maintain a clean and organized front desk and studio environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet students, clients, and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries by phone, text, and email
- Communicate with new leads and help guide them through the first steps of booking lessons or classes
- Respond quickly and professionally to client messages
- Assist with scheduling appointments, lessons, and classes
- Maintain accurate client information and basic administrative records
- Support check-in and front desk operations
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and studio space
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the studio in a positive manner
- Assist with basic event, class, and studio operations as needed
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong spoken and written English
- Professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
- Ability to respond quickly to calls, texts, and emails
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy studio environment
- Customer service, hospitality, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is warm, detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable interacting with people. Experience in customer service, hospitality, fitness, wellness, arts, or studio environments is a plus, but not required. Interest in dance, wellness, or the arts is also a plus.
