Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Japanese, Linguistics, or related field
• Strong Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2/N1 preferred)
• Experience developing Japanese language curriculum, lessons, and assessments
• Experience creating online learning or e-learning content
• Strong instructional writing and content development skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with curriculum and design teams

Preferred

• Master's degree in Education or Instructional Design
• K-12 or language-learning curriculum development experience
• Experience designing Japanese language courses for online environments
• Familiarity with U.S. K-12 educational standards
