Desktop Support Specialist

Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist

Work Hours: M-F (37 hours)

Work Location: Wilmington, DE (Onsite - Must be within an hour of Wilmington and will have to pay for parking)

The Desktop Support Specialist (DSS) support in-house teams and responding person to helpdesk tickets.

Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to help desk tickets.
  • Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.
  • Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, computer conferencing systems, and administrative systems.
  • Build and configure new user workstation equipment (PC, desktop image, phone, peripherals, software, user accounts).
  • Troubleshoot basic network, software, and printing problems.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience.
  • Must have customer service experience.
