Cubhouse Pediatric Therapy LLC is a growing, community-based pediatric 
therapy practice serving children and families in Austin, Round Rock, Leander, Georgetown, and Pflugerville, Texas. We deliver occupational therapy directly in children's homes, schools, and communities, where real learning happens.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate, Texas-licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team as an independent contractor. This is not a traditional clinic job. You choose your clients, set your own schedule, and work the hours that fit your life!

What You'll Do
- Deliver in-home and community-based OT services to pediatric 
 clients (ages 0–18)
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with families and caregivers on home programs
- Maintain timely clinical documentation
- Communicate regularly with our clinical team

Requirements
- Valid Texas OT license (or eligible/in process)
- NBCOT certification
- Reliable transportation
- Genuine passion for working with children and families
- Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred (not required)
- Pediatric OT experience
- Sensory integration training
- Experience with autism, developmental delays, or early intervention
