Campaign Organizing Intern (Field Team)

Want real experience working on a competitive political campaign while building leadership, organizing, and communication skills?

The Gloria Romero Roses campaign is looking for motivated students and young professionals to join our Summer 2026 Fellowship as part of the Field Team. This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly on voter outreach efforts in one of South Florida’s most important State House races.

You will gain practical experience in grassroots organizing, campaign operations, volunteer coordination, and voter engagement while working alongside campaign staff and other emerging leaders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Help organize and run canvassing events and Days of Action
  • Support voter outreach through door knocking, phone banking, and text banking
  • Assist with volunteer coordination and event logistics
  • Help prepare campaign materials and outreach scripts
  • Work with organizers to build strong voter contact programs
  • Participate in leadership and professional development sessions
