We’re looking for a motivated AI IT Operations Intern to join our decentralized team for a fully remote, 6-month career-building program. This role is designed for someone who wants hands-on experience with internal systems, technology operations, documentation, troubleshooting, and AI-assisted workflow improvement inside a fast-moving digital company.

This is an internal operations role focused on helping the business stay organized, secure, efficient, and scalable behind the scenes. You’ll support systems, processes, documentation, and technology-related tasks while learning how AI and automation can improve internal operations.

What You’ll Do
Help manage and resolve internal support tickets
Assist in identifying, addressing, and documenting website bugs
Stress test new features to ensure stability and performance before launch
Support troubleshooting, issue tracking, and process follow-up
Help organize systems, access, documentation, and internal records
Use AI tools to improve speed, organization, and workflow efficiency
Help identify repetitive tasks that can be streamlined or automated
Learn how a real digital business operates behind the scenes
