Marketing And Sales Intern
Responsibilities:
- Learn about the services we provide, how to use the Ehomie App as both a personal and business user, and understand the rental application requirements for student tenants.
- Take online and in-person courses regarding industry and company policies, cross-border payments, and customer relationship management systems.
- Learn how to effectively interact with property management companies and international customers. Assist with updating listings and the customer database.
- Learn how to create promotional content on social media platforms, including Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, to increase traffic and followers. Assist with creating or managing existing accounts.
- Assist with live Q&A sessions for potential customers and international buyers, preparing materials, timelines, and presentation slides.
- Be involved in direct customer interaction and learn how to tailor housing solutions based on individual customer needs.
- Prepare weekly reports for progress assessment and join the weekly meetings with the direct supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Current students majoring in business, marketing, communication, or real estate-related fields.
- Desire to learn digital marketing and edgy technologies in the real estate business.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills.
- Team players, capable of learning and growing as part of a team.
Supervisor: Marketing Manager
Training Outlines: Company-wide orientation. Two-week online courses for basic introduction. In-person and Zoom training meetings every week for CRM, social media and branding promotion, communication skills, Ehomie App and real estate market. Weekly team meetings for progress reviews.
Assessment: Marketing and Sales Interns will be evaluated by the online traffic attracted by the marketing efforts. For example, the volume of social media interaction for new postings, the weekly increase in new App users, and the total number of attendees for a live Q&A session.
