Web Developer
We are an ambitious, startup personal injury law firm launching in Los Angeles and we are looking for a talented, creative web developer to build our digital presence from the ground up. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours - you set your own schedule and deliver on your own terms. You will have real creative ownership over this project, working directly with firm leadership. If you are a self-starter who takes pride in clean, professional builds and wants to see your work represent a brand from day one, this is the project for you.
What You Will Be Building
You will start by creating Figma mockups before moving into development. The goal is to create a user friendly website that fully conveys the capabilities of our law firm.
If you’re really tech savy you can also help us with the below (not required for this job):
- Embed click-to-call functionality from our webpage
- Live Chat: Set up live chat with our employees
- Intake Form: Build a custom intake questionnaire using fields standard to personal injury practice; submissions route to our firm email with an automated confirmation reply sent to the prospective client
- DocuSign: Embed a redirect button linking to our DocuSign account
- Google Workspace: Set up one Google Workspace account on our domain with full DNS configuration including MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records
- Install and configure Google Analytics 4
- Install and configure Google Tag Manager with GA4 connected as a tag
- On-page SEO across all pages: meta titles and descriptions, schema markup (LocalBusiness and LegalService at minimum), sitemap.xml, robots.txt, Google Search Console setup and verification, and page speed optimization

Compensation is $30 to $50 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
