FX Trader — AI Training (Remote, US/UK/SG/AU)

Description: IXO is looking for FX traders to evaluate AI systems in spot, forwards, options, and cross-rate arbitrage. FX runs 24/6 across the world's largest market — your macro and risk-management instincts will shape how AI handles it.

What you'll do:

  • Evaluate AI-generated macro views, positioning commentary, and trade ideas
  • Assess AI accuracy on G10 and EM currency pair dynamics and carry trades
  • Review AI outputs on FX options (ATM vol, skew, risk reversals, butterflies)
  • Provide expert feedback on CB policy events, fixings, and interest-rate parity
  • Red-team AI for unsafe sizing advice, missed risk, and compliance-sensitive market color

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of FX trading (spot, forwards, or options)
  • Experience at a bank, hedge fund, or prop desk
  • Familiarity with electronic FX venues and risk limits (VaR, stress testing)

Commitment: 10–20 hrs/week, fully flexible Pay: $100–$180/hr — weekly via Stripe or bank transfer
