EMR/EHR Clinical Specialist — AI Training (Remote, US)
Description: IXO is looking for EMR/EHR implementation and clinical informatics specialists to evaluate AI systems in health information technology, electronic health records, and clinical data management. You'll ensure AI outputs meet the standards required for real-world clinical deployment.
What you'll do:
- Evaluate AI-generated content on EHR implementation, clinical configuration, and workflow optimization
- Assess AI accuracy on HL7 FHIR, ICD-10/11, SNOMED CT, and healthcare interoperability standards
- Review AI outputs on EHR go-live support, end-user training, and system validation
- Provide expert feedback on HIPAA compliance, data governance, and patient data privacy in EHR contexts
- Red-team AI for documentation errors, coding inaccuracies, and workflow disruption risks
Requirements:
- Clinical background (RN, HIT, or equivalent) with EHR implementation or informatics experience
- Epic, Cerner, or MEDITECH certification strongly preferred
- RHIA, RHIT, or CPHIMS certification a plus
- 3+ years of EHR implementation, training, or clinical informatics experience
- US-based
Commitment: 10–20 hrs/week, fully flexible Pay: $70–$120/hr — weekly via Stripe or bank transfer
