Student Sales Intern – B2B Cosmetic Company
Job Description: Sales Intern (Student)
We are looking for a motivated Sales Intern (Student) to join our raw ingredients and wholesale supply company. This internship is designed for students who want to gain hands on experience in sales, B2B communication, and customer relationship management within the cosmetic and raw ingredients industry.
This is a learning focused internship that provides real world exposure to how wholesale supply and ingredient distribution businesses operate. Interns will work closely with our team, gain mentorship, and develop practical skills that can be directly applied to future careers in business, sales, and entrepreneurship.
Compensation
This internship follows a performance based commission structure rather than a fixed hourly wage.
Estimated Pay: Commission (typical range $500 to $5,000+ per month depending on performance)
We have intentionally structured this role as commission based to create a results driven learning environment. Sales is one of the few fields where effort, skill, and consistency directly translate into income. By removing a capped hourly structure, students are able to:
- Learn how real sales environments operate
- Develop accountability and performance driven habits
- Build confidence in generating real revenue
- Earn based on results rather than time
We have found this to be the most effective way for students to not only learn sales, but actually experience it in a meaningful and rewarding way. High performing interns have the opportunity to generate significant income while building valuable, real world experience.
