We are seeking a friendly, organized, and sales-driven Front Desk & Patient Coordinator to manage scheduling, patient communications, front desk operations, and administrative tasks while delivering exceptional customer service, supporting providers, promoting services and memberships, driving patient retention, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced MedSpa environment.

Previous experience in a MedSpa, medical office, or customer service setting
Familiarity with booking software and patient management systems
Experience with skincare, aesthetics, or cosmetic treatments (not required)
